With over 28 years of experience in immigration law, Ms. Dana Ritter provides highly skilled and experienced legal services to clientele worldwide.With this extensive experience, as well as working from a high level of personal integrity, Ms. Ritter strives to provide top-level legal guidance to our clientele.
Ms. Ritter is a graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law, San Francisco, California where she received her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1993. Prior to law school, Ms. Ritter completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California. Ms. Ritter has worked for the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) as well as In-House General Counsel for a technology company in Silicon Valley performing all immigration, employment, and contract matters. Ms. Ritter is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA,) both Northern California and Santa Clara Valley Chapters. Previously, she has served as the Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division and has held various positions on the Executive Board of the Santa Clara Valley American Immigration Lawyers Association including President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Ms. Ritter has worked as an AILA Liaison with the San Jose USCIS Office, Department of Labor, and USCIS Service Centers.
Ms. Ritter is a member of the California State Bar Association in good standing since 1993; American Immigration Lawyers Association; National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and an active member in the Northern District Bankruptcy Court and the Central District Bankruptcy Court.

Ms. Choudhry has over ten years of legal experience in bankruptcy (Chapter 7, 11 & 13), immigration and estate planning/probate. She has successfully implemented a firm-wide data quality improvement project ensuring clients are timely and accurately informed of their immigration status. After graduating from Cornell Law School in 2002, she served as a legal consultant and as a senior attorney/associate with boutique law firms in Silicon Valley as well as the well-established law firms in Northern California. She counsels clients ranging from individuals, families and startups to fortune 500 companies, major hospitals and multinational corporations.
She enjoys interacting with her clients and help them to enjoy a stress-free life. She helps communities grapple with boom-bust challenges whether it is immigration, bankruptcy or estate planning.
She is a frequent speaker at local community and youth events. She enjoys painting and Sculpture. She exhibited paintings in Japan, Pakistan, Russia, and the United States of America.
Ms. Choudhry is a member of the California State Bar Association in good standing; American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA); National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and an active member in the Northern District Bankruptcy Court.
